Welcome to Angie Austin Art. I have been painting on the side for the past thirteen years. It all began when I wanted to paint an "author's chair" for my classroom. I painted that chair in December of 1999. Some of the teachers I worked with liked the chair so much that they asked for chairs for their classrooms. Then, I started painting frames as gifts for my students at the end of the school year and as gifts for my family. I've always loved doing creative things...especially lettering and putting colors together. So, here is part of my painting collection. As you will see, everything I have painted has been personalized for someone. That's what I love about it!
